Depuis hier nous connaissons les vainqueurs de la Coupe du Monde Individuelle. Les deux courses n’ont pas eu de la chance et se sont déroulées dans les conditions météorologiques difficiles. De plus, les résultats de la première compétition ont été contestés par quasi-totalité des équipes nationales présentes et à plusieurs reprises par les fédérations membres de l’ISMC. La fédération roumanaise a même suggéré une solution.

Today the Italian athletes Guido Giacomelli and Gloriana Pellissier won the 16th edition of “Scialpinistica Lagorai – Cima d’Asta” in the upland of Tesino (Tentino, Italy), and at the same time, the individual Ski-Mountaineering World Cup. The hazardous weather conditions have not impeded the race of 360 participants, some of them took part in the Junior European Cup. The fallen snow, that caused a variation in the course, made the competition more fascinating but also more technical and difficult.

La deuxième manche de la Coupe du Monde individuelle "La Cima d'Asta - Lagorai" connaît ses vainqueurs.

The ski-mountaineering race “Scialpinistica Lagorai - Cima d’Asta” is already a success and there is still a week to go before the start!

Yesterday the organisers of the individual World Cup race, scheduled for next Saturday 25 February on the mountains surrounding the lovely valley of Tesino, in the eastern part of the Trentino region, were forced to close the entries due …to the excessive number of competitors. Now, only the athletes holding a ISMC licence will be admitted, i.e. those aiming at obtaining World Cup points.
