New ISMF website online
Por skimo.org el Mar, 2009-11-17 12:29.
ISMF, the International Ski Mountaineering Federation, launched this week the new website: www.ismf-ski.org
Base on Drupal technology (as skimo.org) and based in a design made by skimo.org in spring 2009, this website may offer from now on the official information of the international federation.
The creator and responsible of the website, Alain Lanxade, has large experience in webdesign, is ISMF jugde and knows very well the ISMF and the international skimountaineering world.
We wish the ISMF big success. Finally we have an official website for this sport!

www.canillo2010.org still not in English either
I agree.
Yes, the core of racing is still steadfast in Italy, France, etc but Ski Mountaineer racing is growing strong in many other parts of the world. The Andorra World Champs website still isn't published in English! Also, the Patroilles des Glacier still has yet to publish an English version of the rules. If this is to become an Olympic event, the IOC will be looking for a much more global feel to the sport. It should be mandatory that information about World Cup events be published in English or at least a greater variety of languages.
Happy racing,
James
World cup races
Hi!
I am very angry on the organizers of Pila Sky race and also Trofeo del Etna. Both races are World cup races, but there is no informations in English! If they are organizing the World cup race, they should give some informations in English. They are also not answering on e-mails. The dead-line for the pre-registrations for Pila is 22nd of November, but how can we do it, if we don't know how to do it!? For Trofeo del Etna there is no informations at all. We will need to make reservations of the plane, but how if we don't know anything about the program... Hope you will soon realized that world cup is not just for Italian, French and Suisse racers, although they are the best!
Best regards,
Nejc
