Who will be the Jennerstier 2011? (DE)

Take part in the Jennerstier ISMF Homologated Race at March 12th

For the first time ever, Germany will be hosting a race being part of the official ISMF race calendar. With the Jennerstier (“Jennerbull”) ISMF Homologated Race at March 12th, the racers will have the opportunity to take part in Germany`s most prestigious Skimo race.

The race will also be part of both the German and the Austrian Skitouring Cup. Situated right in the heart of Germany`s “mecca of Skimountaineering” and in the home area of Germany`s multiple youth World Champion Anton Palzer, the track with its 2000 altitude meters in ascent and its technical descent in the Spinner ridge will guarantee for a great challenge.

The race has been hosting the German, Belgian and the Austrian Championships for several times and is now ready for the next step towards an international reputation. In 2011, 3700 Euros of prize Money will be awarded for the fastest Men and Women plus valuable material Prizes for the category winners. So this should be one more reason to take the bull by its horns…
